Refund and Cancellation policy

At Naturalist Explorers, we strive to provide exceptional experiences, and we understand that plans may change. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully.

Please note that mentioned below is the general Refund policy, Some events may have their unique refund policies these will be mentioned on the event description page. If no refund policy is mentioned on the event page then this policy will be followed by default.

1. Refund Policy for Overnight events and Excursions for Corporates:

a. Full Refund:
– A full refund will be issued if the cancellation is made 10 days before the scheduled event.

b. Partial Refund:
– A 50% refund will be provided for cancellations made between 5 and 9 days before the event.

c. No Refund:
– No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 4 days of the event or for no-shows.

1. Refund Policy for Experiences (Same day Events):

a. Full Refund:
– A full refund will be issued if the cancellation is made 3 days before the scheduled event.

b. Partial Refund:
– A 50% refund will be provided for cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the event.

c. No Refund:
– No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the event or for no-shows.

2. Cancellation Policy:

a. Participant Cancellation :
– Participants are required to inform us of their cancellation in writing or via email.

b. Event Cancellation by Naturalist Explorers:
– In the unlikely event that Naturalist Explorers needs to cancel an event, participants will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be provided.

3. Rescheduling:

a. Participant-Initiated Rescheduling:
– Participants may request to reschedule their event based on availability. Additional charges may apply.

b. Naturalist Explorers-Initiated Rescheduling:
– In the case of unforeseen circumstances, Naturalist Explorers reserves the right to reschedule an event. Participants will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

4. How to Request a Refund:

– To initiate a refund, participants must contact our customer service team at naturalistex@gmail.com with their booking details.

5. Exceptions:

– In cases of medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, exceptions to this policy may be considered. Participants are encouraged to reach out to discuss their situation.
